3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed through our website, app, or customer support.
• Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion.
• We accept credit/debit cards and other authorized payment methods listed on our platform.
• Pricing is displayed before confirming the booking and may vary based on route, time, and conditions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers may cancel a booking before dispatch without penalty.
• Once a driver is en route or the ride has started, cancellation fees may apply.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Behave respectfully toward drivers and follow all applicable laws.
• Ensure you have sufficient funds or payment authorization at the time of booking.

6. Driver Conduct

All drivers associated with iRide Ride Service are expected to maintain professionalism, drive safely, and comply with all traffic regulations. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

7. Limitation of Liability

iRide Ride Service and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or transportation services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operations.
